Geisha is an extremely rare coffee. It was brought to South America from the town of Gesha in Southwest Ethiopia. The trees yield a small amount compared to other varietals and to get the highest quality they must be grown in the cool high altitude air over a long growing season. This is one of the highest grade coffee I have ever tasted. The sweetness is overt and floods the pallet. It has a confectionary sweetness that is quite unique and up front. The silky mouth feel is wonderful.
Cupping Notes: "Toblerone" candy: honey-infused milk chocolate, floral, and toasted almond
